Most small business owners didn’t go to school to learn how to run a business. You are probably really good at your trade, but need growth in the areas of how to run a business. Through curated content, you will grow in the areas of marketing and communications.
Like you, I’ve found that leading a business can be frustrating and lonely.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve started multiple businesses and have quickly discovered areas where I needed to shore up my expertise.
You don’t have to run your business as an island. The Mastermind group model is designed for you to get help you need from others that are in the trenches with you.
My name is Joash Bloom and I’m the facilitator of the “Small Business Mastermind.” My life calling is to develop and activate Christians in the Kingdom. The mission of this group is near to my heart and in alignment with my calling. In this session, we’ll be deep diving into Business Made Simple’s foundational StoryBrand 7-part messaging framework. Come to develop clarity of your message and increase your sales. As Donald Miller says, “If you confuse, you lose.”

The Format of the meetings:
Share a win: We like to start each session on a positive note. What’s one thing that’s gone great for you in the last 2 weeks?
Accountability:
Learning: We will be focusing on our marketing messaging to “sharpen our saw” as we develop ourselves to be better business people. We’ll watch the course videos together, then take time to actually develop our messaging language.
Goal Setting: We finish with a few minutes to set goals for ourselves for the next 2 weeks.
