Maybe like me, you have heard people describe a personal encounter with Jesus and thought, “I wish I had an experience like that. Maybe one day, I will get lucky.” Tony Stolzfus found that when he started asking Jesus questions about their relationship, instead of his performance, he started hearing answers about 1,000% more! He thought, “Maybe I’ve not been asking the right questions, what Jesus really wants to talk with me about.”
Questions for Jesus is a new way to approach your conversations with Jesus. It uses simple, relational questions that touch both His heart and your deepest desires.
Are you ready to hear Him speak through pictures, things in your history, inside jokes, and even sarcasm?
Meet Jesus in a way that is more real and fun than you have probably ever experienced.
“I had been a Christian for 36 years, but if I were honest, Jesus felt more like 2D – a plastic version. I knew lots of stories about Him. I honored Him from a distance, but I couldn’t really say we had a personal relationship. When I took Questions for Jesus, I started experiencing Him in 3D – FULL COLOR!!” – Mary Bloom
Jeremiah 33:3
“Call unto me and I will show you great and mighty things that you do not know.”
Jesus wants to touch your heart at the desire level.
Did you know that each of us naturally has 16 core psychological needs? These are things like: love, security, significance, freedom etc. We need them like breathing air. These desires drive our behavior until they are filled.
This is why you may have tried hard with self-control, but feelings and drive overtake you from the sub-conscious level. You might despair that you are destined to live these feelings on auto-replay for the rest of your life. But this is right where Jesus loves to be invited in! He is not bothered by our messy emotions or the complexity of the situation. Instead, He speaks straight to the core of the matter: our unmet DESIRES. I have watched it many times, as His personal (rhema) word brings instant and lasting peace into someone’s heart. Striving melts away, and confidence and contentment fill the room. I am impacted by His authority and kindness, each time He does it.
Are you ready to connect with Jesus yourself, and let Him fill your deepest desires?

In Encounter coaching, we let Jesus do the Ministry. This takes the pressure off of you as the coachee, and off of us as coaches. Jesus can take the pressure. He is actually looking forward to some quiet moments with your attention when He can speak to you.
We are excited to lead you into this special time, and celebrate with you the personalized things that He speaks to your heart. We will all be enriched, as we share what He is speaking to each of us in the class.

“I’m in awe. It really is a special gift from Him. And your encouragement and guidance are helping me to open it. He does all the heavy lifting – I just bring my faith. It’s lovely seeing and hearing from Him. Life changing – as it should be!! I’m loving our sessions and am learning I can expect to encounter him intimately any time I draw near to Him. He’s there, just waiting for me to come.

“Jesus often speaks to me through sarcasm or an inside joke. One time, my neighbor called to ream us out because our dog had come and pooped in his yard – Again! Even with our electric fence. I felt level 12 anxiety, even though I knew it didn’t merit that. So I stopped to ask Jesus what He thought of it. He winked and responded, “Well we both know that is a load of crap.” Jesus went on to show me that the reason it bothered me so much is because my own Dad gave me angry outbursts when I was a child. Jesus then filled my desire for comfort, and helped me to forgive my neighbor. I’m so glad I’ve learned how to talk to Jesus as soon as a trigger happens, and not carry anxiety for days.”

“Asking questions for Jesus has helped me open up a conversation where I am welcoming God to speak into my situations past, present and future. One of my favorite moments was asking Jesus where He was in a certain event in my past. I saw Him seated on the car dashboard facing me and the other person. That simple image radically shifted how I processed and remembered that experience and brought a lot of comfort and healing.”

“I was still in the struggle of trying to get my life back after 3 brain tumors. My head was in constant pain and I was grieving the loss of many abilities that once came easily to me. My coach prompted me to ask Jesus, “Jesus, am I my brain?” Immediately I saw Jesus’ hands with nail prints in them. Jesus said “Am I my scars?”
Without words, I understood what He meant. We may bear scars but they don’t define us. Jesus has scars, but He is still the Son of God. Scars don’t get to tell us who we are.
I’ve healed alot since then, but even now when I bump up against a deficit I ask, “Jesus, am I my brain?” I sense Him smiling and saying, “What do you think?”
Using self-discipline to keep the lid on what’s in your heart is a losing battle. But connecting with Jesus, anytime your heart feels an empty gap, will bring you back to fullness and peace. These encounters produce lasting transformational change. And a richer deeper relationship with Him.
James 4:8
“Draw near to me and I will draw near to you.”
Don’t miss out on this upgrade.
If you are hungry for more – This is it! Jesus sacrificed so much to restore our connection with Him. Lean in, take this chance, and He will not leave you hanging.
