A Christian Preparedness Network

Preparing ourselves for “such a time as this.”

Spiritual Preparedness

Leadership Preparedness

Physical Preparedness

The Bible tells us that in the end times, adversity will be all around us.

“I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me.  Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows.  But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”   -John 16:33 NLT

Don’t bury your head in the sand hoping that nothing bad comes near your home.

Be wise and prepare yourself.  Be a useful asset to the Kingdom of God.

Be a light of hope that the world needs

Spiritual Preparedness

You are royalty.  As a child of the King of Kings, you have an opportunity each day to draw near to the commander of heavenly armies.  Read His Word and prepare to pour into others when needed.

Leadership Preparedness

Choose to be the Leader you have always wanted to be.  Develop yourself now before you are desperately needed.  Prepare yourself so that you can “raise a flag” and say, “Follow me.”  You will have skills and a peace of mind that is prepared for adversity.

Physical Preparedness

Leading others, starts with leading yourself.  When adversity hits, it is too late to begin preparing.  In order to lead others, you must be in a place of order in your life.  If you and your family are desperately trying to survive like everyone else, you will not be able to lead.

“A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions.

The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.”

Proverbs 27:12

Like you, we have found ourselves watching the current events with a curious eye towards Biblical prophetic fullfillment.

We have been taking steps over the past few years to prepare ourselves for the adversity the Bible speaks of.

We believe that God is setting up a large harvest of souls, that is probably triggered by massive adversity.  We want to be well positioned to bring in the harvest.

My name is Joash Bloom and I’m the facilitator of Leading Through Adversity.  My life calling is to develop and activate Christians in the Kingdom.  The mission of this group is near to my heart and in alignment with my calling. Valuable content, teaching, and training is presented by those in the group that have skills or knowledge in the specific area of discussion.  Bring your area of expertise.  Your skills and experiences are valued.

A Network Is Growing

We are growing a network of like-minded Christians that desire to be prepared to lead in adverse times. Times of trials, whether it is a natural disaster, persecution, political unrest, food disruption or any other disruption in our normal societal rhythms. We also understand you must lead yourself first before you can effectively lead others.

To lead yourself, you need the right information and a network of people with diverse expertise to thrive through the situation you are in.

This group focuses on building relationships with one another and raising everyone’s knowledge of how to prepare our minds, emotions, spirits, and physical resources for what the Bible tells us is coming. Our goal is to be well prepared Christians that have a general understanding of the potential risks that are in front of us and a basic plan of how to thrive through them while shining our light in darkness.

The world needs Jesus and one of the ways we can effectively be light in darkness, is if we are prepared to lead in times of adversity.

The 3 Pillars topics of discussion and learning will include:

Spiritual: spiritually feeding yourself, sharing the Gospel, how to discern truth, End Times Overview, the 5-fold ministry gifts in your group, and more.

Leadership: putting together a team/group, starting a house church (basics), character development, how to lead a group during crisis, and more.

Physical: Basic prepper principles, financial currency, political unrest, security threats, data systems, communications, and food security. We’ll also explore basic plans as to what to do in natural and unnatural disasters including, flooding, tornado, explosions (nuclear, chemical, other), food shortage, and political unrest.

Be The Leader the Kingdom needs

Who We Are:

•  Christians committed to Kingdom living

•  Resilient people with awareness of the current times in which we live.

•  We are people of action: willing to lead when needed in our family, church, network, and country.

•  A network for sharing information and resources (participate at your level of interest)

•  Advocates for wisdom, skill, knowledge, planning, and good stewardship.

Who We Are Not:

•  A church

•  A militia

•  A fraternity

•  A Q Anon club. Not everyone will be into Q, so we’ll ask that those types of conversations happen on the side or in a dedicated social channel.

•  We do not abdicate personal responsibility through a belief that the rapture is our ticket out of any coming adversity. We do believe in the rapture and that it’s getting close, but we do not subscribe to the American-centric theology that nothing bad will happen to us, because we’re God’s favorite kids. Until then…prepare just as the 5 virgins that had plenty of oil and were ready for anything (Matthew 25:1-13).
